Michael E. Frazier
Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer
Michael E. Frazier Michael E. Frazier is President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of the Board of Simmons & Company International. He is a native of Houston, Texas and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance. He joined Simmons & Company International in 1992, prior to that he was actively involved in the exploration and production of oil and gas as an independent operator. Mr. Frazier serves on the Board of Directors of Simmons & Company International, Simmons & Company International Limited and University of Texas, MD Anderson Cancer Center Board of Visitors and the Houston Museum of Natural Science.
 
Anthony P. Banham
Vice Chairman
Anthony P. Banham Anthony P. Banham was raised in the Far East and England, graduating with First Class Honors in Aeronautical Engineering from Southampton University in England. Prior to joining the firm, he spent nine years working for Hawker Siddeley Aviation Ltd. in a variety of management capacities. He gained extensive international experience through contract negotiations in France, Germany, Iran, Sudan, Indonesia and Argentina. He is past President of the British American Business Association in Houston, a former Chairman of the Board of Trustees of The Awty International School, Houston and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Houston Museum of Natural Science.
 
Nicholas L. Swyka
Vice Chairman
Nicholas L. Swyka Nicholas L. Swyka was raised in Delaware and graduated from the University of Delaware where he earned a degree in Business Administration. He received a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina, and also qualified as a certified public accountant. Prior to joining the firm, he was a manager with Arthur Andersen & Co. He is Board member and past President and Chairman of the Houston Ballet Foundation as well as an Advisory Director of the University of Texas Marine Science Institute and Board member of the National Ocean Industries Association (NOIA).
